World Heart Day

Today is World Heart Day. We can all help children take the road to a healthy heart by encouraging healthy eating, physical activity and banning smoking. Because healthy children become healthy adults. According to the World Health Organization, children should do at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day. Let’s do what we can to promote that. Of course, I love tennis. But there are so many other fun activities like basketball, volleyball, surfing, swimming, running… Ana Ivanovic
